aka Floss
Hi, I’m Britt, the Founder and Creative Director of Floss & Fleur. With over a decade in the wedding and events industry, my passion lies in creating celebrations that feel as effortless as they are extraordinary.

I believe in curating weddings where every detail is intentional; from the flow of the day, to the refinement of the design, to the florals that leave a lasting impression.
My role is to bring clarity, creativity, and calm to the process, ensuring you feel supported and inspired at every stage.

For me, it’s more than planning a wedding — it’s about crafting an unforgettable experience that reflects your story in the most beautiful way.

As Floss & Fleur has flourished, so too has the incredible team behind it. I’m fortunate to collaborate with an extraordinary group of floral artists and trusted freelancers whose talent and dedication are second to none.

These gifted women (along with our wider freelance family) are the hands and hearts behind the scenes! From long days in the studio to creating abundant, artful arrangements onsite, and perfecting every detail in between.

Mr Floss & Fleur & Archie
A special mention goes to Mr Floss & Fleur - the husband who never applied for the role, keeps getting promoted in it, and can’t quite resign (sorry babe, you knew what you signed up for).
More than just a supportive partner, Rowan is truly part of the fabric of Floss & Fleur. Having met in hospitality, events have always been woven into our story, and today he’s the sounding board, chief engineer, bump-out crew, extra muscles, styling photographer and even the occasional last-minute stylist. The success of this business is as much his labour of love as it is mine.

And of course, there’s Archie - our beloved studio sidekick, flower prep buddy, head of quality control, and keeper of staff morale. He ensures there’s always joy (and the occasional cheese snack) in the Floss & Fleur studio.
